Welcome to Ritual by Jaya. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any order you place with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using our website

• You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order.
• You must not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
• If you create an optional account, you're responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure, since that's how we verify sign-in.

Ordering

Guest checkout is available and does not require creating an account. Before you confirm an order, you'll be shown an order summary for review, in line with Sri Lanka's consumer protection requirements for online sales. By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase — we confirm it once your payment is verified.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item becomes unavailable, if there's an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a confirmed order, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are recalculated by our server at checkout from the current menu — a price shown in your browser is never trusted as final without server confirmation. Prices and menu availability may change without notice.

Online card payments are processed securely by PayHere, our licensed payment service provider; we don't see or store your full card details. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are also available for eligible orders.

Pickup and delivery

Menu items are subject to availability and may be updated without notice. For delivery orders, delivery is available to the areas listed at checkout, each with its own delivery fee; delivery times given are estimates and may vary. For pickup orders, please collect your order at the agreed time — see our Refund & Cancellation Policyfor what happens if an order isn't collected or delivered as planned.

Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy governs how cancellations and refunds work, including the difference between card and non-card payment methods. Please refer to that page for details.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photos, logos, and graphics — belongs toRitual by Jaya or its licensors, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ritual by Jaya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or an order placed through it, beyond the value of the order itself. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Sri Lankan consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website after a change means you accept the updated terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
