When you place an order (once online ordering is live), we collect your name, phone number, delivery/pickup preference, and order details. We never require an account to order.

Retention

Raw IP addresses are kept for 90 days for fraud and abuse investigation, then automatically truncated to remove precise identifying detail. Order records are kept as required by applicable tax and consumer-protection law.
