Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before preparation begins. Contact us immediately via the details on our Contact page to request a cancellation.

Refunds

If an order cannot be fulfilled, or is cancelled before preparation begins, a full refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Quality issues

If an item arrives incorrect or below our quality standard, contact us within 24 hours with details and we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
